Tourmaline and jade are thermal minerals used in our heating pads to distribute gentle, even far-infrared heat. The pads use low-EMF carbon fiber elements and temperature controllers that keep heating consistent across the therapy surface.
Is the Red Light Therapy Vest safe for daily use?
Yes. Our red light therapy vests use non-invasive 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared LEDs with no UV output. Follow the session time in the manual and allow the skin to cool between uses.
Do your products come with international safety certifications?
We manufacture for CE, FCC and RoHS compliance programs and provide certification documentation for applicable product lines. Confirm the standards required for your target market before ordering so we can include the correct paperwork.
Do you support OEM/ODM services for wellness brands?
Yes. We support private label programs including logo embroidery, custom sizing, controller configuration, packaging and multilingual manuals. Send your target market details and we will prepare a development plan.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for wholesale?
MOQ depends on product and customization level. Stocked accessories such as bracelets and eye masks have a lower MOQ; custom heating pads and therapy vests typically start around 50-100 units. Contact our sales team for a product-specific quote.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We recommend sample testing before bulk production. Sample costs are credited toward your first qualifying production order, and we can add your logo or preferred finish to the sample when required.
Which regions do you export to, and what are the shipping methods?
We export to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other markets. Shipping options include sea freight (FCL/LCL), air cargo and express couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS, depending on order size and deadline.
What is the warranty policy for your electronic therapy products?
Our electronic products carry a 12-month warranty covering controllers and heating elements under normal use. For bulk orders we include a spare parts kit so distributors can support end users without long service delays.
What is the lead time for wholesale and OEM orders?
In-stock items normally ship within 3-7 business days. Custom OEM/ODM production generally takes 20-35 days after design confirmation and deposit. We share production updates and photos at each stage.
How do you handle quality control for large shipments?
We use a three-stage process: incoming material inspection, in-line production monitoring and 100% final function testing including heating and aging tests before packing. This reduces defects and supports smooth import clearance.
